Mrs Prada, as she is known, is well aware that clothes cannot do this alone. Every Prada show is carefully staged as a set of clues to be decoded. Last night the catwalk was decorated with painted fish, while guests sat on shelved, curving wooden islands, so that the concrete warehouse setting resembled a three dimensional Ordnance Survey map.

The crumpled silk skirt suits and bra tops in tobacco and bronze, and the prints modelled after reptile skins or cave-paintings of fish represented, Mrs Prada said backstage, “primitivism and the clothes that women primitively want - bras and panties, gold and animal skin”. The success of the collection currently in store, which she based on lace “because it follows women through their lives”, inspired her to continue exploring the theme of what women really, really want.

Earlier, the international nature of the fashion industry was illustrated at the Jil Sander show, where the label’s new Japanese owners took front row seats to view the latest designs by the Belgian designer Raf Simons. Sander, who is German, sold the label she founded in 1975 to the Italian Prada group in 2000. She fell out with Prada, and is no longer involved in the business.

Fashion history is littered with designers and owners who can’t see eye to eye. So no doubt Sander’s owners, Onward Holdings, will have been pleased to hear Simons was inspired by “the reward of leaving familiar ground and responding to new impulses”. This translated into a collection that upheld the minimalist traditions for which the Sander name is revered, while breathing new life - and sex appeal - into the clothes.

1. The logo of “PRADA“. Frankly, the reason of half of people who bought this cellphone at least is this logo. After all, It is the first cellphone officially authorized by PRADA, the world’s top luxury brand;
2. 3 inches & WQVA. Basiclly, 3″ screen isn’t so large, but it is still larger than 90% of others. Anyway, WQVA(400*240) is just normal resolution in this screen because I have a PHS with 2.8″ & VGA;
3. Style desgn. The incidence rate that you see another person who uses this cellphone is too low. Although it has been on the market for nearly 1 year, it seems to become a kind of “rare animal” because of its high price and poor advanced features.

Disadvantages:

1. Type difficultly. Although I didn’t use iPhone, I think users’ experience are not bad according to some videos via internet. However, like me users of LG PRADA are not so lucky, becuase the touch technology of LG is totally different from Apple and only the touch made by fingers is valid (Touches made by others aren’t valid at all). It is a nightmare for typing messages.
2. Non-OS. The system of LG Prada is Flash-based by LG itself without any possibilities of expending features, there are 4 themes and 4 sms rings (users can’t  add or modify anything to them), one thing users can do is to change wallpaper and the ring.
3. The loose back cover. I don’t whether other users have this problem like me;

Anyway, in the view of its price, just 1.3k, this cellphone is fairly acceptable~~

Without reasons I just intend to splash out on a new cellphone. After I pick and choose via Internet, I think the market is really in chaos. Durning the period when I was not in China, ShanZhai cellphones have been shining, which made the market more chaotic than before~~

• 8.27 Order a LG Prade(LGP) at Taobao. The seller delivered LGP from Shenzhan
• 9.02 The buyer received LGP. Because of the problematic screen, returned to Shenzhen(Without batteries)
• 9.03 LGP arrived at Shenzhen. The seller didn’t sign in
• 9.04 The seller signed in. The seller delivered LGP from Shenzhan(Without batteries)
• 9.05 LGP arrived at Shenyang, The buyer didn’t sign in
• 9.06 The buyer signed in. Because of the problematic screen, returned to Shenzhen again(Without batteries)
• 9.07 LGP arrived at Shenzhen. The seller signed in(Without batteries)
• 9.08 The seller didn’t deliver LGP
• 9.09 The seller delivered LGP from Shenzhan(Without batteries)
• 9.10 Because of moderate rain in Shenyang, Flight express was canceled
• 9.11 The buyer signed in

Currently there are no serious problems with LGP… to sum up, don’t buy anything at Taobao.

The statistics have revealed that there are almost 100,000 more females than males in Australia.

The problem is worse in the coastal cities, where women have moved seeking better jobs and lifestyles, while many men have gone overseas.

Thirty years ago Australia was with flush with men thanks to immigration policies that favoured males.

That position has been reversed because thousands of Australian men in their 20s and early 30s have gone overseas either to travel or to work.

It has caused a gender imbalance that is having far-reaching implications.

Town and country

Major cities in Australia now have concentrated groups of unattached women, along with dwindling numbers of the opposite sex.

Demographer Bernard Salt says the exodus of young men to foreign countries is leaving its mark.

“If you go into the United Arab Emirates census you’ll find there is around 12,000 Australians living in Dubai, mostly male, mostly in the 25 to 34-year age group.

“Here is an example of one country that has drawn out a specific age demographic out of Australia which has contributed to the ‘man drought’.”

But the situation outside of the larger towns and cities is very different.

Vast numbers of women have abandoned the countryside seeking better jobs or education in metropolitan areas. They have left behind communities overloaded with younger males.

In the town of Glenden in the northern state of Queensland there is one single female for every 23 men.

Demographers have compiled a so-called “Love Map” that shows how the various clusters of unattached men and women are distributed across the Australian continent.
